德江也会拿假，所以他说我们可能七月前没有在一起值班的机会了 ：（ 从他身上学了很多，很受用！谢谢阿江 :P

It seems that 972 DJs leave clearing period are Dec & Jun,am I right? Coz I noticed many DJs taking turns to take leave 1 after another during these 2 periods.
That's the thing: Some organisations do not allow any leave to be carried over to the following years, then employees just hv to clear balance leave somehow toward the end period. If flexible a bit, then can space out better. There are also co. that allow staff to carry over 1 year leave entitlement to another, so not too bad. :)
