材料:
鸡胸肉 500克 核桃仁 120克
枸杞 80克 葱,姜,蒜 各适量
盐,酒,胡椒粉 各适量 鸡汤 1 碗
做法:
1. 将鸡胸肉洗干净,切成小丁. 枸杞和核桃以温开水泡过.
2. 葱,姜,蒜洗净, 切成片.
3. 油锅烧热,放入核桃油炸,再倒入枸杞一起拌炒后起锅.
4. 锅中放入新油, 放入葱,姜,蒜爆炒,最后放入鸡丁, 加入鸡汤 与调味料,放入核桃仁与枸杞一起炒匀即可.

没有一条路线直去东海岸公园.
你可以搭任何交通公具去Bedok interchange, 然后再搭巴士去Marine Parade 再走路去East Coast park. 但脚力要好，这就是为甚麽新加坡人的脚力越来越好！我们应该谢谢我们的巴士公司的路线策划人员。
Hi Ah San Ge, what bus no. to take to Marine Parade from Bedok interchange n how many stops? And must walk how long to reach East Coast Park n how to walk, thks.

bus 196, 197 fm bedok interchange goes to Marine Parade, but not sure how many bus stop, journey is abt 15 - 20 mins, u can ask the bus captain to tell u when reach Marine Parade, and ask someone to direact u there, walking is abt 10 - 15 mins, fm chinatown there is bus 197 also.
三哥真是孤陋寡闻，现在的巴士司机改叫作bus captain. 不知道薪水有没有改加多一点。搭197 只是到 Marine Parade 而已，还是要搭11 号（用两支脚）。

thanks for helping me to seek advise from those experienced mothers ....... pertaining my baby gal too cling to me
I babysit her in the evening ( after work ) and weekend so most of the time she will be at her babysitter place. Initially it works, i put her in the playpen and have a 2 mins bath but after 1 week , she make a fuss throw tantrum , bite the playpen edge ... etc. Even i were to wash my hand in the kitchen .... she will walk to the kitchen and cry just to look for me .... even though with her favourite nursery on vcd and all toys around her ...
Her babysitter also told me she not able to do her own things or housework cause the moment she stand up , she start to throw tantrum ... etc as she want her to sit down and play with her.
Haiz .... reali headache .... she just want somebody to accompany her even though you do not play with her ..... hopefully when she grow a bit older, not so tedious. After work to babysit her on my own , reali tough ...... but worth it. So my husband very lucky coz almost her sleeping time when he reach home.
Anyway thanks a lot .....

I will change to soybase milk to reduce the phelgm , let my baby drink a lot of water, alternatively add additional water (10ml)to the milk to make it less concentrated and also pat her back to lose the phelgm
Can feel / hear the phelgm from the baby back.

I put my gal in the 2 in 1 walker ( those with rocker ) when she about 5 mths old for rocking purposes or watch her nursery songs.
By 8 mths, she hate the walker and nvr want to sit in it.
But got to look out as they tend to hurt themself easily.

Hi Jenny, so sorry,sange is correct,I forgot to mention that 401 operates only on saturday(2pm-10pm),sunday&public holiday(10am-8pm).On weekdays,u have to take 196 & 197,it takes 10min-15min walk.I'm so sorry.
