韩国人参鸡食谱

有人问我人参鸡的食谱，在此提供给大家参考。有空试试！

材料：

童子鸡 1 只
韩国白人参 2 枝
糯米 57克
薏米 19克
大蒜 （切片） 1 条
红枣 （无核） 6粒
盐 1 茶匙

做法：

童子鸡洗干净，沥干水。人参 1枝切片，另一枝待用。

糯米，薏米，红枣以及盐搅拌均匀，全部放进鸡的肚子，然后用针封口，牙签也可以。

将吃饱的鸡飞水烫过，然后放入盅里，加滚水盖过鸡，然后放入原枝人参；再以大火炖3 小时，加点盐调味。

上桌前，加蒜片就可以享用了 :p

i can not help before i took this photo... i had a few bites already so the soup doesnt look so good but the taste is damn shiok...

this week i will go to one Korean Resturant to do 吃在972, will try to take more photo for you.

when i am free, i will want to cook something nice and share with my friends but nowadays so busy... hardly eat at home :( where got time to cook ;(

Rehearsal for IMF

See... we are working very hard to come out a good show...

This IMF Stage Play will be play by two groups of people. One is from Biz Trend which is my Artist Management company and the other group is Capital 958fm.

Two groups of people will come out with one script which means both sides will put in ideas for the script...er... dont ask me how... we had been through a lot of pain :p

Our show dates are from 15th Dec to 20th Dec but 18th Mon off leh...

IMF with 陈松伶

hi hi, yes! IMF is going to be back :)

It's a musical and comedy stage play. The cost includes myself, 陈松伶，王健复，邓妙华，凌霄，一大粒（Michelle) and 张永权。

IMF = International Marriage Forum. We put in a lot of efforts to create the character. Although my sole is a small role but I still put all my heart in coz I seize every chance :) More photos will follow, stay tune :p

Busy with IMF

Nowadays busy with this Comedy - Musical Play called "IMF".

International Marriage Forum is the full name.

Jeff Wong is my boyfriend... see how happy he is......

In this Play, I am working at a Gov. setter to help S'porean to get married. Did you read the news? Now the Match Maker is a hot business coz lots of people is not getting married so no babies... guess i am not in the position to talk about this :p
