优客李林 为何拆伙 内幕是什么?



好久不见的优客李林今天到最爱528做客!你是否也是听他们的歌度过了许多美好时光?

除了今天的现场访问,过后还有李骥的爱上7:30。本来他们只给30 分钟的时间,但是我还是努力的访了快一个钟头 :p 还好李骥大哥很Nice, 只是有点介意我叫他“大哥” :)

发现现在跟比较成熟的他们进行访问,和十年前很不同!别错过了李骥的爱上7:30, 他会惊爆拆伙内幕。

Busy at work


See how busy I am when I am on duty.
We have lots of info to prepare and bring with us to work such as MDs, CDs and others... u guess leh. :p
We are going to change to a new conty soon which we had training the other day... a bit different lor. The buttons position are different and the phone system is different too.. now worry next time when i answer your calls may screw up :p

Birthday Girl Here


Today is my Birthday!


My daddy wanted to come and celebrate with me but bcoz he is really tight up with some works so can not make it. I really really happy to receieved his call. He is that kind of guy who doesn't really know how to express his Love but this time... he really shows me he loves me. I love you too, daddy :)
I dont have plan just let it happen... if my friend call me later and ask me out then i go lor...
I promise i will not drink much :p

Doll --- made by my auntie in Japan

Today i look through the photos and saw this picture... reminded me the beautiful works by my Auntie.

She is married to a Japanese and live in Okinawa 冲绳岛。She is now a teacher teaching people how to make these dolls--- 瓷娃娃。

台湾路边小吃 --- 地瓜球 Sweet Potato Ball

“地瓜”台湾的叫法,新加坡称它为“番薯”。台湾的路边小吃是出了名的。地瓜球在十几年前崛起,就让很多大人小孩爱上了它。大小约两毛到五毛钱币之间;一口一口,很难停手。

有时家里来了一些朋友,想做点什么不同的甜点,这会是一样可以事先准备好,等要吃时再炸的一样简便的甜点。

材料:

1.地瓜(黄)375克 Sweet Potato
2.细砂糖 180克 Sugar
3.地瓜粉 460克 Sweet Potato flour
4.太白粉 1 大匙 Corn flour
5.水 170克 Water
6.油 1 大匙 Cooking Oil
7.发粉 ½ 茶匙 Yeast

做法:

1.地瓜切薄片,蒸20分钟,熄火焖5分钟。
2.把地瓜搅松,趁热伴入细砂糖,等凉再放其他材料伴匀。放在一旁,等30分钟(醒面团),之后搓成两毛钱粗的长条,切成短过一公分长的圆柱状(有点像圣诞节吃的棉花糖的形状);放入慢火的油(约8分热的油温)炸至金黄色,即可捞起。

黄肉番薯的质地比较容易炸松,红肉的番薯可能膨不起。选择的番薯一定要新鲜,要不水分较少就必须加多一点水。若怕粉类的材料要加入蒸熟的地瓜时不易搅匀,可以把粉类材料加水伴匀后,再加入。炸的时候,油温不可太高,否则会外硬内不熟。

黄花闺秀



今天明天都代粉樱的班,她说厨房笔记这个单元我应该没问题。Er... 压力 :p

台湾叫苏东为花枝。而这道菜有黄瓜和花枝,所以我给它起名为“黄花闺秀“。自己瞎编的 :p

新加坡炒苏东和台湾的不一样,我觉得既然我们这边这么喜欢吃苏东, 就把台湾的这道家常菜介绍给你!

材料:

1.花枝 2 只
2.小黄瓜 3条
3.红萝卜 几片
4.葱段 5 段
5.盐 少许
6.糖 1 茶匙 (台湾人喜欢以糖代替味精)
7.油 适量

做法:

1.在苏东的表面切花然后切成适中的大小块状,放入滚水飞水后取出备用。小黄瓜和红萝卜切成薄片。

2.起油锅,油热后爆香葱段,炒红萝卜和小黄瓜(可晚点放,炒太熟会太软),再放入苏东炒匀,最后加入盐和糖调味就可以了!
