I actually fax enquiry to you on 6Aug08 but no reply from you. I wanna check with you the shangri-la voucher is there any expiry date? I won the sms contest on thurs,31Jul08 but still today still not yet receive the voucher. Awaiting your soonest reply,thank you

Mdm Tan, it normally takes us 2-4 weeks to proceed the vouchers give away but this time round due to the expiry date is end of Aug so it should be in your mailbox by early next week.
