听了你今天的话题让我感触很多。。。。因为在下也是一个超级火爆的人。。。。动不动就会生气。。。而且还是因为超级小事呢！
其实，我已经到了无法控制的局面了， 很生气时真的如你所诉会全身发抖还会头痛发烧呢！这都是因为压力和压抑所照成的。。。说真的有时真的是无心发标的。。。。是真的失控了！
还好没有照成太大的损失。。。。。。。
其实在想发标的事后我通常会默默走开。。。。有时还会用佛书/经书来缓解情绪。。。。。有很大帮助的。。。。。。。还有一本经书一定能帮到忙得。。。。就是劝忍经。。。。。书局可以找到！
