hi,
1. each time drink 1 glass(just like water) and you can drink twice a day for 2 days then stop. if your throat still not feeling better, see a doctor.
2. $2 for all ingredients. Go to traditional medicine shop to ask them to do it for you.
3. 1000cc is for one person for 2 days. if can not finish, put into the fridge to store and heat it up when you want to drink.
4. It depends how big is your bowl. you can use the mineral water bottle as rough guide. It usually tells you how many cc of water is in it.
5. yes, you can buy a few(un-cook) to store in the fridge for up to 2 years.
