厨房笔记 --- 香芋鸳鸯露 English also have


Yam and Sago Dessert










我很喜欢吃芋头,也很喜欢芋头制的食品。例如;芋头蛋糕,芋头冰淇淋,芋头糕,芋头酥,芋泥。。。。哎哟!数不完 :)


所以今天想介绍你试试香芋鸳鸯露。可以先煮好,等客人来就端上桌;冷热都好吃。


材料:
1. 芋头 250克 粉的比较好吃
2. 西米 50 克
3. 冰糖 50克
4. 水 两杯
5. 椰汁 半杯
6. 鲜奶 一杯

做法:
1. 芋头切厚片,约一公分宽。隔水蒸软,将1/4切粒,其余的弄碎碎。
2. 西米浸水半小时,放入滚水中滚,一滚就换中小火煮15分钟。熄火后,泡10分钟才
会透。捞起,冲冷水后,滴干备用。
3. 水,冰糖用锅加热溶,加入弄碎的芋头搅匀,用筛过滤后再煮滚。加入西米伴匀,放入椰汁,鲜奶和芋粒再滚一下就可以了。

Ingredients:

1. Yam 250g
2. Sago 50g
3. Rock Sugar 50g
4. Water 2 cups
5. Coconut juice ½ cup
6. Milk 1 cup

Method:

1.Slice Yam to one cm thick and steam till soft. Cut one quarter to cubes and puree the rest.
2. Soak Sago for 30 mins. Simmer in boiling water for 15 mins. Off the fire and soak for 10 mins till transparent. Rinse in boiled cold water. Drain well.
3. Simmer rock sugar in water (2 cups) until dissolved. Add Yam puree, stir well. Sift and bring to boil, add sago and stir well. Put in coconut juice, milk and yam cubes, bring to boil again, once boil off fire. Can eat liao... :p

别煮太久,要不西米就不Q了!Yammmmmmy :p

yes, this dessert can be serve cold or hot. different taste leh...

yes, you can replace fresh milk 鲜奶 with conation milk 淡奶粉but it will be slightly thicker.
