她建议了使用Anti aging mask 来为你的手做保养。你可以涂抹了Anti aging mask （身体使用的就可以了）之后，用保鲜膜包起来，15分钟后洗掉就可了。她还介绍了 OPI High Intensity Hand & Nail cream 定期的涂抹来保养，使手部不会干裂。

btw,i tried the grapeseed oil treatment for feet..which is pretty effective for dry/wrinkled feet too.(especially the sides).Its like they will apply some oil on both feet & wrap in a folder heater for 1/2hr kind..its really got much softer & supple after that!
Lastly,i will be listening on u*..ur programs for more beauty tips so jia you jia you..

hi i just want to say the acne of my face has controlled alot, because of Bryan lao shi recommendation, it was very effective, i have seen doctor many times and taking antiobiotic but now i am better.
I hope Bryan lao shi has more chance to be on air because we think his method is effective.
