well, Road shows are hard to say. Sometimes the clients will pick who they want but sometimes they ask for recommendation.
Food paradise... it depends. We have a sales department who will approach restaurants for Ad or they were recommended by other food hunters... fee...also depends :p you got restaurants to recommend?

yes and no... DJ has more contral of your own program so it will take more preparation time. As to contral the panel will take time to get familiar with.
